Maharashtra Anti-Terror Squad failed to provide enough proofs for its claim about the five alleged bombers in connection with the 7/11 train serial blasts, who according to the prosecution had planted bombs at the Churchgate station on July 11, 2006 along with seven other wanted Pakistani men. The prosecution had no answers to the defense question about the discrepancies in the Call Data Records. The call records of four alleged bombers have clearly shown that they were not present at Churchgate between 3:45 PM and 5:20 PM (the time during which ATS had claimed the bombs were planted) while the details of the fifth accused were yet to be produced in the court. The defense version claims that, Kamaal Ansari was in Bihar and the others Faisal Shaikh, Ehtesam and Asif Khan were in the suburbs of Mumbai on 11th of July 2006 between 3:45 to 5:20 PM.
